Information we collect
When you fill out a form on this site (starting a brief, booking a working session or contacting us), we collect what you provide: your name, email address, company name and any details you give about your operations. We also collect standard analytics data, such as pages visited, time on site and referral source, through cookies and tracking scripts.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, arrange working sessions, send event-related messages and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use analytics data in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
Your brief
The answers you give when you build a brief are kept in your own browser. They are sent to us only if you book a working session or ask us to email the brief to you.
Third-party services
We use Basin for form submissions, Google Analytics for site analytics and Microsoft Clarity for session recording. Each has its own privacy policy. We record which campaign or link brought you here, in your browser’s storage, and submit it alongside a form.
Cookies and tracking
Nothing beyond strictly necessary storage runs before we have a legal basis for it. Analytics and marketing tags are held back by default and released according to your choice and your location: in the EU, the UK and US states that require prior consent, we ask before anything loads. Elsewhere they run by default and you can opt out at any time. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out everywhere.
