Information we collect

When you fill out a form on our site (booking a diagnostic, contacting us, or registering for an event), we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, and any details about your operations challenge. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, time on site, referral source) via cookies and tracking scripts.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule diagnostics, send event-related communications, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use analytics data in aggregate to understand how our site is used and improve the experience.

Third-party services

We use Basin for form submissions, Airtable for content management, Google Analytics for site analytics, and Microsoft Clarity for session recording. Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We use UTM tracking to understand which marketing channels drive leads — this data is stored in your browser's local storage and submitted alongside form data.

Cookies and tracking

Nothing beyond strictly necessary storage runs before we have a legal basis for it. Analytics and marketing tags are held back by default and only released according to your choice and your location: if you are in the EU, the UK, or a US state that requires prior consent, we ask before anything loads. Elsewhere they run by default and you can opt out at any time. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal, which we treat as an opt-out everywhere.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via , or in the link at the bottom of every page. Rejecting analytics and marketing does not restrict any part of this site.
