How it works

One process first. Then the next.

Routine work runs on its own, one process at a time, and keeps running because we look after it.

Stage 1 of 4

The working session

You know which process to fix first, and whether it’s worth fixing at all.

We follow one process end to end with the people who do it: what starts it, who does it, how long it takes.

Stage 2 of 4

The plan

You see every process worth changing, in order of payback.

Each line shows the hours it takes today and the cost to change it. Anything that won’t pay back inside 6 months is left alone.

Stage 3 of 4

The build

The first process runs on its own, inside the tools your team already uses.

Your people keep every decision that needs judgment. The system logs every run, flags what it isn’t sure of, and has a named owner on your side.

Stage 4 of 4

Keeping it running

It keeps working as your firm changes, and keeps getting better.

We watch it, fix it when something changes, and meet with you each month to pick what comes next.

What we need from you

  • Someone who can decide, and someone who does the work.
  • Access to the systems involved, no wider than the work needs.
  • A named owner for each thing we build.
  • A conversation with leadership each month.

How pricing works

One monthly retainer covers building, running and fixing. Repairs are never billed separately.

We don’t publish a figure, because it depends on how much there is to build. The working session shows what the first process would take before you commit.

Questions we get asked

Is the working session a sales call?

No. It’s time on how your firm actually runs, and if nothing is worth building, we say so.

What if we only want one thing built?

Tell us. Some firms start with one process and decide later.

Can our own team run it afterward?

Everything is written up and has an owner on your side. If you want to take it over, we’ll talk it through.

Which tools do you use?

Whatever fits your systems. We don’t resell a platform.
