Who it is for

Who is Milo Works for?

Service firms of 15 to 200 people that want AI working in the firm without building an AI team: accounting, advisory, legal, agencies, staffing, IT services, and the office side of manufacturers and distributors.

Who is it not for?

A team small enough that the owner still holds it all together usually won’t see the payback yet. Organizations over 500 people need a different kind of partner.

Do you specialize in one industry?

No. The same kinds of work show up everywhere, so we organize by the problem. The industry pages describe it in each industry’s words.

Do we have to be ready for AI?

No. Not knowing where to start is the normal place to start. The readiness assessment shows where you are.

The working session

What is the working session?

Time with the people who do the work, on how your firm actually runs. You leave knowing the first process worth fixing, and whether it’s worth fixing at all.

What do we need to prepare?

Nothing. It helps to have a process in mind, roughly how often it runs and who does it now.

What if the problem is bigger than we think?

It often is. The working session maps the process end to end, so you see the whole problem, and what fixing it is worth, before anything is built.

Who should be in the room?

Someone who can decide, and someone who does the work. The second matters more than people expect.

After the session

How does the retainer work?

One monthly figure covers building, running and fixing the systems, plus a conversation with leadership each month. How it works sets out each stage.

What does it cost?

We don’t publish a figure. The session ends with the first process and what it would take, so you can judge the payback before committing to anything.

Who owns what gets built?

The systems run on your accounts and against your data. The agreement sets out the detail, and we go through it before anything is signed.

What happens if something breaks?

It’s monitored, so we usually know before you do. Fixing it is part of the retainer.

What stays with our people?

Every decision that needs judgment. The system prepares the work and flags what it isn’t sure of, and a person approves what goes out.

How is our data handled?

We use only what a build needs, on plans where the vendor doesn’t train on your content, and every run is logged. How we handle your data has the detail.
