Is Fireflies.ai safe for business meetings?
Fireflies says it does not train on customer content on any plan. The thing to manage is the note-taker: auto-record is on by default and it joins every calendar meeting with a conference link unless that is changed. Decide which meetings it attends before anyone connects a calendar.

- Account information is kept while the account is active and deleted within 30 days of closing it. Fireflies says third-party vendors do not store meeting content after processing.

- Business adds team analytics for admins and user groups. The pricing page lists SSO, SCIM, audit logs, custom data retention, and private storage under Enterprise.

Where your data is stored

Workable for internal meetings on any plan. Change the auto-join default first, and agree a rule for client calls: recorded only when everyone has said yes.
