Where a person checks · asked at more than one firm

How do I know it didn’t miss something?

Short answer

To check AI output for misses, look at what it read as well as what it found. You’re missing some things today, too, so perfection isn’t the bar. A run should state what it looked at, so a person can read it and see the gaps.

Why people ask

That a silent miss is worse than a visible one, because nobody goes looking.

The longer answer

A person doing the check by hand also misses things, and leaves no record of what they looked at. A system can leave that record every time.

So ask of any build: does it list what it read? Does it say how many items it cleared and how many it flagged? If it only shows results, you are trusting it. If it shows its work, you are checking it.

Where AI falls short
